SYM-OP-IS is an international symposium which traditionally joins operations researchers and provides both a formal and an informal setting to discuss and present theoretical and practical research results and directly transfer information of interest for operations research. The Conference enables knowledge exchange among scientists and between scientists and economy representatives. We encourage contributions beyond the scope of specific scientific disciplines and countries, with the aim of furthering international cooperation, particularly among the Balkan countries.

Scheduled for September 15-18, 2019 in Hotel Đerdap, the Conference is an exceptional opportunity for researchers to gather in the stunning setting of the town of Kladovo and Danube's Iron Gates. The Programme Committee led by Milan Martić and the Organizing Committee led by Dragana Makajić-Nikolić are preparing a high-quality scientific and social programme.
